En fait, ils ont gagné il y a 2 jours.

Halloween Party

Yesterday, there was an Halloween Party at Iris and Anna's house. It was also Anna's birthday and the victory of the Saint-Louis Cardinals: World Series Champions !!!

Here is a picture of Anna (in black) and Iris (in red).

They live with 2 French guys near St Margareth Halls, in which we met Anna and Iris at the beginnig of the year.

There were plenty of foreign people, most of them came from France and Germany. One could notice 3 outstanding outfits: an american pumpkin (Dave), an english bobby (Marie-Anne) and a bitchy witch (me).

Dave's outfit, a 7 year old one, was really amazing because of its shining nimples.

These shining nimbles were the cause of the loss of his outfit but it is a long story...

Southampton Sights in French, Pt. 1: October Books

Mon post aujourd’hui s’agit d’un de mes lieux préférés à Southampton : la librairie qui s’appelle October Books. October Books est située sur Portswood st. dans le quartier Portswood. C’est près de chez moi, ce me fait 10 minutes à pied. Aujourd’hui j’ai reçu une email d’un très gentil homme qui s’appelle Anthony et qui y travaille. Il m’a dit que les livres que j’avais commandés sont arrivés. Je les ai commandés hier après-midi, et j’étais très contente!

October Books a été fondée à 1977. En ce temps-là c’était une commune et tous les employés étaient des volontaires. À 1981 October Books est devenue une librairie coopérative du voisinage ou, comme ils disent sur son website, « a community-based radical bookshop. » Et, October Books est plus qu’une librairie. Ils vendent des snacks naturel, les nettoyants organiques, et des produits du Fair Trade! Aussi, c’est directement à coté de l’arrêt de bus!

Le Ciel (c'est clair mais loin)

En fait, le ciel est la plus fiable source de la stimulation à Southampton. C’est épique! Voici une photographie :



Peut-être il existe des plus épiques photographies que celle-ci. Attendez un peu et je vous montrerai des autres. Plus épique, tellement épique! Aussi, pendant la nuit on peut voir des étoiles! J’essayerai prendre une photo du ciel pendant la nuit, mais je ne sais pas si je pourrai.
